FRIDAY 5.1.26 BOH MID WILL

Notes about the shift in general:

Rain seemed like it was keeping folks at home. A few slice pops and tablet orders but definitely quiet for a Friday night. Team was putting out some beautiful food. Meredith had to cut another cheesecake in the PM. Mateo was doing great on roto, happy to see it.

Produce prices, especially tomatoes (4x5s are $79, Romas $61) and now iceberg ($71.75), are still running high next week so we'll need to pick up more from other sources.

Next shift be on the lookout for:

Produce from Houston Avocado.
