Notes about the shift in general:
Decent Friday. We started off receiving deliveries from BEK, Houston Avocado, and Houston Deli. I organized each area, helped Gerardo knock out garlic knots, then helped the line set up for the day. I manned Marsal, and went over this week with Ronaldo. Slices were the main thing moving, odd pops but nothing too substantial.
Next shift be on the lookout for:

Meredith will be making cheesecake and tiramisu on Monday.3. Food stuff:
