SATURDAY 5.2.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
Solid shift with no deferred orders in the AM. There is one 25-pie for 8:30. I got with Josh to make sure time slots were blocked off. We received from Houston Avocado. I did some organizing and helped out on the line and ran Marsal. Typical Saturday, slow to start but once lunch came we had a decent pop that carried us until midafternoon. I talked with Ronaldo about everything going on this week.

43. Food stuff:
Decent sicilian rise, great looking and tasting pies. Dressings were on point. Produce also looked good and knots had a nice rise.4. Sales for the shift:
