THURSDAY 5.7.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
We started the shift with a delivery from PFG. Everything checked out. No deferred orders, but we had another decent sandwich rush to start the day, slices followed after. Not quite as busy as yesterday, but still solid. Lots of prep to get ready for the weekend. Dough team also made two bread recipes today to restore our depleted cache. We are almost done cooking one off now. I ran for tomatoes again and grabbed another 25 lbs. I finished and posted the schedule and ordered produce for tomorrow. Had the team clean on top of the roto line reach in and clean the filter.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
12-pie deferred for 11:30am tomorrow, came in today.
