1. How many pies did we run on the timesheet (⅖, ⅗, etc)?
We ran 4/5
2. KMOD stuff:
A reminder was sent to the cooktelling them to p[lace their brand shirt in the correct baf when they are done with them\
3. Food stuff (Notes about food issue REMINDER s)
The slices and sicilians were cooked to our standards.
4. People (Z1R, Z2R, Salad, prep, etc) (Salad: Juan- he did great, even helped top pies in downtime, wants to be a trainer, etc)
Z3M- Z1M: Ronaldo was on top of slices. Although we did not have high sales volume
Prep: Again, Dina completed 90% of the prep list
Dough prep: Myke and Gerardo completed the dough list
Z1R: Juan kept up with ticket times and did well
Z2R: Leo helped and covered both Z2R and Sub/Salad
5. How did you show love? (verbal hi-5’s, publicly)
I gave Leo a verbal high five for covering at both stations
6. What did you teach someone today
I reviewed with all ZRs and ZMs the good slice
