2. KMOD stuff
Scrub done today. I got with a few people about proper job codes

 3. Food stuff (Notes about food issues)
Sicilian seemed okay.
I threw away a good amount 5 day dough for mediums. They were not sellable. I don't like how the pies were coming out so Jose and I scrapped it pretty early on in the shift.

4. People (Z1R, Z2R, Salad, prep, etc) (Salad: Juan- he did great, even helped top pies in downtime, wants to be a trainer, etc)

Mateo and Ana did a bit of cleaning tasked before I sent them early. 
I had rubil clean the ceilings because it was slow and they were yellow and Jose and Lorena moved everything out of the marsal cooler. 


5. How did you show love? (verbal hi-5’s, public praise, complemented food, etc.
I told Roxana that she has been doing really well and that we have high hopes for her to learn and get better 

 6. What did you teach someone today
I showed Jose and Roxana how to remove the vents above marsal and Bailey and Mateo learn how to clean them.

7. Repair issues
Still concerned about the mixer, I has Ana deep clean it


Pro-tips: Reflect on what’s working well and what needs more work each day.
  • I think we could maybe do without a topper on Mondays? It was so slow that it was manageable. We could cross train Lorena more on salad sandwich so she can bounce back in forth or we could cross train Salad and sandwich team on topping.
