1.  How many pies did we run on the timesheet (⅖, ⅗, etc)?
4/5 5/0

2. KMOD stuff
I'm looking at ways to reduce the labor cost. Talked with Raymond again about flipping labor heavy pm instead of am to reduce the high labor percentage in the morning
Scrub completed and submitted
 3. Food stuff (Notes about food issues)
Sicilians seemed a bit over blown but they baked well.
We had a focus on slices today and most came out great they threw a lot away but it's in the hopes that they have more concern about quality. Idael and Roxana are doing great noticing what slices are unsellable

4. People (Z1R, Z2R, Salad, prep, etc) (Salad: Juan- he did great, even helped top pies in downtime, wants to be a trainer, etc)

Had a talk with Jordan about putting Knots in as soon as they are called for. We also spoke about a few subs that were coming out a bit extra crispy. I explained to him that though he said he'd still eat it, it's not the company standards

Lino called out and Mateo took over dish. He did well.

Eli made cheesecake mix

Joel has a real eye for keeping things cleans. He's taking on cleaning products without being asked

5. How did you show love? (verbal hi-5’s, public praise, complemented food, etc.
I told ruvil he did better in this last shift

 6. What did you teach someone today
I showed Eli how to do the cheese cake and had her take notes

7. Repair issues
The Hobart needs someone to look at it. Unsure if it's still under warranty still but I'd rather it be looked at sooner rather than later

Pro-tips: Reflect on what’s working well and what needs more work each day.
  • I pulled names for cleaning tasks today and I think the team took to it better than being called on a random. Makes it seem more fare to them I suppose

Summary:
Notable things that happened:
  • Things were okay. It was a slow Sunday. Think we could definitely go down a perso

I’ve been thinking about:
  • How we can cut labor further without Pitting ourselves at risk for low quality items
