schedule was posted. Meagan got with me about pay rates for Juan pu, pedro garcia, ronaldo, and elizabeth. im going to portal things now. i also portaled silvia out

slices were great today. we didn't have any real food issues today.
We had a man come in and he saw me checking the house pies and he didn't like that i was touching the pizza at all. He had thought i wasn't wearing gloves, though i was. i did tell the team to make sure they are wearing their gloves and washing their hands
Tamara didn't come in for her shift. I called her and Georvys and I couldn't get a hold of either of them. i was told that she would be able to come back to work as soon as yesterday. I will try to reach out to her again tomorrow to see if i need to find coverage for her shifts for the rest of the week. if she cant come in or has abandoned her job, then Rubil has availability to fill those gaps.
Idael was 2 hours late for his shift today. he was scheduled in at 4. we called him at 5 and he said that he thought he was off today. he came in at 6. Idael is putting in effort to learn roto.
Jose handled roto really well today. he kept things going and there wasn't a single hiccup
Lorena is becoming really reliable in Marsal
Eli spoke with me about Ana having an attitude with her about leaving at her scheduled time. eli has been scheduled to leave at 10 for the past couple of weeks and Ana feels that Eli is leaving early because she doesn't wants to help clean. I told eli that i will talk with ana so that she understand that eli has been told to respect her scheduled hours and not to stay more that 30 minutes past them unless a manager has asked her to. this is the second complaint we've had about an attitude from Ana. the first coming from wendy.
i told the team that i really appreciated them putting in extra work today to fill the gap

- we worked pm line tonight with no topper. just z1r z3r and z3m
- no fly pies or over bookings though the printed did go down at some point in the night as Lorena replaced the printer paper incorrectly. the same thing happened up in marsal later on in the night. totally user error
I’ve been thinking about:
- the schedule actually works really well without tamara. with Estella able to work multiple positions throughout the week, it makes it really easy to plug her in for time off of other people. id like to get mateo trained up in the same way.
