Notes about the shift in general: 

It was a steady shift. I picked up anchovies and we are stocked. I was able to bake off red peppers, eggplant and  cookies before the cooks arrived.  Cynthia left in extreme pain. I am staying Wendy until I am not needed.  All BOH cooks received a break


Next shift be on the lookout for:

Red bell peppers should be one color, red

3. Food stuff: Reminder

I had some challenges with baking cookies. Some of them did not pass approvel. I spokw with Cynthia and she gave me some tips on how the cookies bake differently on the top and bottom deck.


4. Sales for the shift: $3,430

Dough/Dish:  Meredith and Gerardo pushed to complete the dough make 

Prep: Edwin did very well on the prep list

Z1R:  Pedro kept tickets moving and on time

6. How did you show love?

Again, I thanked Pedro for keeping marsal filled with slices and rotoflex whole pies on time

7. What did you teach someone today?

I learned from Cynthia a better method pf baking cookies

8. Repairs

I repaired a rolling rack and performed a preventative maintenance check on the other racks

I check the fix I made on the overhead spray arm in the dishwasher and it is still working fine

Notes for FOH: FOH had a slow shift. There were no long wait times \on slice dispersment.
