7/28/23 Friday BOH AM CG
Notes about the shift in general:
Very slow shift. Did have a 15 pie order call in so that was a nice order to get. Seemed like the station that popped the most was salad and sandwich station during lunch.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
Watch Ana as I feel she is not moving fast on prep as she is capable of and is more interested in flirting back in the back. With us looking at making moves on shedules I bring this up as if I had to let someone go today it would be her as far as who still is on the prep team. She it seems is not taking her job as seriously as she should. I did monitor prep yesterday and compared to other team members she is becoming how Joel got before we had to let him go. Please just watch her on your shifts and see if you are seeing the same thing.
1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?
5/5
2. KMOD stuff:
We need to make sure we are getting all product put up in right place as well. Ana was the only one who did not even attempt to help on truck. I know we spoke about this in meeting but we are going to need to put in line ups as we all as a team will put it up as it does not take as long that way and it gets done quickly. They placed items up on shelves in dough cooler but I did explain to Jodi that is not how we "put up the truck" and that we make sure we pull items out of boxes and

Went over Notes with Wendy on how she can be more detailed and give more details so that we can get a better picture of how the shift ran. I told her she was doing a good job but that we can never over communicate about our shifts.
