Notes for FOH: Only thing is keeping eyes on slice windows and also keeping slice window and outside marsal window wiped down as best we can. I know it is hard to keep up with in pops just something I noticed. Also making sure that conversations stop once guests walk up to counter as the guest should be the number one priority. But I saw smiling faces, Carlos was really good about answering questions for new trainee and working with her..
