Notes about the shift in general:
Shift was busy, everyone got a moment of rush, the new guys are keeping up really fast, i just feel that Juan Carlos needs to get a little more of a speed but they are doing really good, on the busy time everyone got to work as a team, the new guys really new how to work as a team, we got in a moment where we didn't had anything and that's when everyone started to take a break, so around 9 we started to get busy again, specially on Salad subs station, but it was a pretty good active day.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
I think is nothing that we would need as a 911, just keep everything up for the big order.1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?

2. KMOD stuff:
Estela is going to switch shift with Dina on Tuesday so instead on Dina, Estela is going to be the one coming at 7, and Tomorrow Estela was called to come in from 4-10 so we can started some prep for the big order on Tuesday Morning.3. Food stuff:
Dressings were good, slices were really good and crispy, sicilians were looking really good, but still some of them are giving some problems to take of the pan but nothing really bad.4. Sales for the shift:

Notes for FOH: Good shift, good communication, and good staff, only 2-3 thickets with no time but they were coming fast to fixed it.
