Notes about the shift in general:

 Shift was kinda slow, it wasn't as busy for a Saturday, but it was constant with the thickets, we try to keep our self busy, Lana had to step on prep because we didn't had a prep person tonight, but we were also out on some stuff too, like eggplant and spinach we were able to prep some so we didn't run out, i had to prep some ranch too, but that was it, tomorrow in the morning is going to be a lot of things to prep.

2. KMOD stuff:


I dont think we are going to survive with eggplant on the weekend.

3. Food stuff:

Slices were really good, Sicilians were perfect and the taste was really good, it was one pie on the fly, the it was about to fall and it got missed up to we had to remake it, and another one it was a margarita we had to remake because they wanted it with no salt.
