Notes about the shift in general:

 Shift was slow, not too much going on in the line, it was just a little pup around 6 but it was just for like an hr, we try and we pushed trough, it was no remakes, no overbooking, everything was good, salad station was a little busy too, not too much, today we learned how to make the special sauce for tomorrow, we made some pies for everyone to try, and it was really good, hope tomorrow everything turn on really good.




Next shift be on the lookout for:

1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet? 





2. KMOD stuff:

We just need to make sure tomorrow everyone knows how to make the special pie, and know that when FOH is going to check the pie from the bottom the need to be becareful on not masted out the pie. 



3. Food stuff:

sicilians were looking really good, house pies were perfect, subs were looking great, dressings was perfect.

I teach Ronaldo how to make the special pie for tomorrow, he learned really fast.

Notes for FOH:

Great communication, everything was good, all the thickets were coming out good, it was just a couple thickets with no name but it got fixed immediately.
