Notes about the shift in general:

 it was a slower shift. we had an easy set up and meredith was able to finish tirimisu while the dough list got knocked out. estella knocked out a good chunk of prep. i think were missing 2 items on it.

insurance boh is completed. weve got 1 person left in the whole store!

keep an eye on mushrroms as they are turning fast. we should look at pars and think about ordering that everyday

thanked leo and meredith for helping out with cleaning tasks. they tackeled them and got a good few done

7. What did you teach someone today?

i explained to leo the importance of not mixing chemicals
we trained the staff on how to make the vodka pie

8. Repair issues:

pizza prep cooler door is not closing correctly behind you

The stuff about the stuff:  

id like to get walls cleaned off in the prep area whenever we have some down time and an extra bodies

 things were good. great communication and everyone seemed to be in a positive mood
