EASTER SUNDAY 3/31/24 PM CG

Notes about the shift in general:

When I got in at 2pm there was a good amount of guests headed to breakfast klub but we were not busy. We had a few tables but nothing crazy. Had some guests come in but again, we did not get busy. No big orders for this evening. Weather was nice and not hot outside at all. Suppose to rain but we will see. Parking around us was a nightmare. Around 4 seemed to start having some tablet and phone orders. Did have some calls earlier in day to see if we are open tonight. Picked up a bit around 7ish after astro game let out, saw some jerseys but not alot. Did not get hit with walk ups but good pop walked in tonight. Phones were ringing and we were steady in the back from 6-8ish. I was able to get everyone breaks by 8:15pm so we were set to go on that. Not much happening up in marsal, more whole pies and calzones being ordered. Salad station got hit with subs and salads through pop and I jumped on a bit and helped leti once I was able to pull from toppings through running breaks. Died down around 9:30 in boh. Kept dishes going back to dish and Meredith kept up all night and we did not have any issues.

Did change Carlos to trainer shift today as he did not clock in as trainer for his shift today so that was fixed!

Next shift be on the lookout for:

We should be good. There is no 911's or anything that we are low on today. We will need to get feta portioned out tomorrow morning first thing as we have enough for tonight but we will need in am.

We also need to be watching the dates in the prep coolers. I did notice a few that were out of date. Please make sure we are looking at and correcting or discarding product as if they are pulling out of there we need to make sure the date is correct so when it hits line we are good. Just be aware as we are due for our health inspection. I would hate for all our hard work to go out the window when we have been doing a really good job on this up until this weekend it seems.

1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?

4/10 and 5/5

2. KMOD stuff:

We will be having kmod meeting this week so bring any concerns or issues. We also will discuss Will getting into shift lead training. We also need to discuss Ronaldo and how we are going to utilize him on manager schedule.

3. Food stuff:

Food quality looking good. Keep eyes out for red bells but other than that quality looking good on everything else I have seen come in this week.

6. How did you show love?

Made sure to get Ryan his positive tomato I

got management team as a little pick me up.

7. What did you teach someone today?

Meredith learned that we do not pay for Autochlor

to come out if dish is messed up. She thought we paid for them and was trying to see about how to fix arm on bottom. We let her know we will call out Autochlor to look at when that happens. Did not happen tonight but we need to watch!

8. Repair issues:

Dishmachine is having issues still. Meredith let me and Raymond know that the bottom arm is not spinning. We let her know that we can call out that as we rent that machine and we do not pay for them to come look at. It works sometimes and then sometimes it does not so lets monitor this and have them out if needed!

The stuff about the stuff:

Let's just make sure we are slacking when we get orders in or any other info. WE have been slacking this week and need to make sure we are all in the know. Let's make sure when we get orders in, when Autochlor is out, when produce comes in bad and sent back, etc. Let's just over communicate. Even if it seems ridiculous to put lets just make sure we are getting everyone all the info so that we are all in the know!

Notes for FOH:

Good job hustling during the pop that came in around 8:30p tonight. Everyone was hustling and making sure guests were taken care of. Only one overbooking that I caught at 9:15pm but let them know and came out on time. FOH got rushed in pops so good job handling the wave of crowds coming in to eat and pick up. Did see Jackie munching on something but did not know, she tried to hide it but we need to again address in line ups no eating in boh period. Other than that everyone was in good moods and had great attitudes tonight. GOOD JOB!
