Notes about the shift in general:
It was not a lot of traffic today, i think is because kids are out of school today, so that made me thought that we were gonna get busy tonight, when i got here tickets were consistent, but around 6 we started to get busy, Carlos and Juan Carlos were helping on the line, Juan Carlos had to go back to the front because they were kinda busy too, Salad station definitely got hit tonight, i had to stay helping Lety for more than an Hour, we almost got out of romaine cut for the salads, but Alis prep some really fast, and we didn't got sort on anything, a lot of labels were change tonight at the line, but we have check labels tomorrow morning because i wasn't able to check the ones on the coolers, it was a busy night, and i think that's better to get done in the morning when we are doing prep list so we can check on the quality.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
I didn't saw anything in specific, everything just seems to be able to get done in the morning with the prep list.we would need more bleach for the drainers.

Produce order was done today by lana, make sure tomorrow we give a big list to Dina so is not a lot to do for Alis at night, that way she can help on the line if we need her.3. Food stuff:

Shift was good, nothing on the fly, all tickets had a time, when something was change to go it was communicate on time, everything was good tonight, great job.
