Notes about the shift in general:

 It was a lot of traffic today, more than normal, but we got here safe, when i got here Lana update me about everything going on because she got here earlier, everything was good, she talk to me about the changes that we will have on the schedule for next week and how all the game is going to be, shift was a little slow, so we started just to got ready for the shift because we started to get a little more of business, so we knew were gonna be busy, after that we got pretty consistent on tickets, we started to get a little more busy by the minutes keep passing, and after we saw it was already time to start running breaks, with Lana here it was pretty easy to do all the breaks and before 9 we were already done with all the breaks, we were happy that we were a little busy, after this pass week when were really slow, and when the sales are like this we just feel the time flying, we had a couple or runs that make our time go faster, i was glad Lana was here because it make it easier to be able to cover ad help other stations when we were getting those runs, like i was pounding while Lana was helping Leti, or i was helping topping while Lana was topping, really good team work.




Next shift be on the lookout for:

Everything was looking just great tonight, we still having trash bags, so i think we will be okay with that, we got bleach, so we are also good on that, everything seems good, i didn't saw anything in specific, other than prep.

2. KMOD stuff:

Raymond approved the check list, so I laminated and handed back to him.
Today was our first Home slice tiktok video, it was pretty funny to make and really easy it only took a couple of minutes to make and it was done, i honestly think it was a great idea to do this type of marketing videos because we can reach to different type of people in the internet, plus i think we can also show the type of cool and funny company we are, i also mentioned Lana about making some in spanish, and her to make ones in English because also most of the population in Houston is Hispanic and i think we can also get to the Hispanic community, but before we make all those videos we will need a homeslicepizza tiktok account so we can get the views that we need in Htown.

3. Food stuff:

Slices were good, nice and crispy, Garlic knots were beautiful, Sicilians were also really good tonight too, dressings were approved, pizza sauce was approved too, we only had one fly pie tonight the costumer said it was a hair on his pizza but Ryan check his pizza before he handed to him and it was nothing in there, but we still make it.

Notes for FOH: Shift was good, it was a great communication, it was no notime tickets, everything came out on time, no overbooking, everything was good, great team.

 Notes about the shift in general:  When I arrived the rain has not started the downpour, but  minutes after I arrived the deluge started. CG and I spoke about server weather readiness. The alarm did not go off and none of the  GFIs were tripped. It was a good close with all areas clean and organized. All food items were moved to the walk-in coolers.  The produce order was placed for tomorrow. The BEK truck was a little late. Lana and I went over the schedule for nest week and she did very well at identifying areas of opportunity to make bone close cuts. The K-Mods will have to bonce around from Dish/Dough, roto and  marsal on some days. We communicated with the staff about the reduced  hours It was. Wendy completed a quick reference list of closing duties for the BOH. This list was prepared for the FOH in the event a k-Mod leave ill before the end of their shift.   Notes about the shift in general: we had a good set up today and the team seemed ready to work. Raymond and i sat down with an applicant to talk, but ultimately decided against him as he is related to other staff members and we don't feel it would be a smart move. we reviewed other applicant and he did seem to like Vilma so ill get with him about if we could get her started pending her availability. i spent some time filling in on the line and around 7 we started running breaks. we finished running them by 7:30. we had 1 lost ticket pie that we had to fly. it started off really slow and then we got a couple of rushes around 7 and 8 o clock. slices got hit around 8 as well. thing started to slow down around 9. we had a solid team tonight. Tuesday 3/12/24 BOH AM Lana

Notes about the shift in general:  walking in, the close was good. id like us to pay attention a bit more to the janitorial room. Its becoming a consistent missed area in terms or organization. the bathroom also, i had to pick up a bit.   we had a really good start with a lot of people on with dessert and training. i was cautious of this with labor. The guys got started fast as we had that order due at 10:45. Evelyn had to learn how to do the large salads so there was learning opportunity walking in. The large order this morning was just 8 family salads and 9 pizzas. it went out smooth and everything looked great. we had a slow lul for most of the shift and then we got a good push on slices and whole pies that helped a lot     Next shift be on the lookout for: Were set up pretty well. 1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?  4 every 5 2.
