Notes about the shift in general:
Going into my shift today, first of all I was stretching because nothing was slow and there was only Kaylana and Will because I sent the others early because it was very slow so I was stretching while Juan arrived on his shift and I was filling in front of pizzas and once Juan arrived I started to check the temperature of the marinade and then I checked the sanitizers to see if they had also changed the hours of the pizzas in front and I was checking the line that they were not sold at all and I only found a red cabbage container that was already black so I had to throw it away and put a new one in and it was slow to try to send them to their breaks around 7 and they finished at 8:30 then I took mine and when I got off it started a little busy so I had to start covering and then it calmed down I went to check what we were missing in terms of merchandise and preparation, just a few things and I had to change some preparation dates that were overdue and give it one more day later I went up to put away the cheesecakes and put dates on them and then I came down and went to put away the tomatoes and other things that arrived today and that's how it was today, it was a little slow.

Regarding the Sicilian today, they came out quite well, they fluffed up very well and they come out very easily when you take it out on the tray. The slices are also quite perfect, very crispy and the cooking is more than perfect, as well as the dressing, they have a good flavor as well. From the pizza sauce, everything was perfect.4. Well, everything was great for today's shift, all the tickets came out very well with their respective names and with the times, there was also only one pizza on the fly at around 8:30 and also a sandwich, just those, everything was very good in everything. I didn't overbook quite well today everyone worked well as a team, the waiters also had very good communication
