7/31/24 Wednesday a.m. w/Raymond
Notes about the shift in general: When I arrived the weather was sunny and warm. The parking lot had a few debris. The dumpster was closed with no boxes visible to the public. When I entered my alarm code the system did not malfunction. None of the GFI’s were tripped and refrigeration units were operating at the correct temperature. It was a good close with all line product moved to the walk-in cooler and coolers cleaned and organized. I had a very productive co with Meagan and Weston about areas of responsibility that I will be gaining.
It was a steady shift with active sales and quite a bit of slices sold. The truck order was entered. All team members were able to take breaks. We are still disbursing prep lists to the staff in an effort to control prep efficiency.
