Notes about the shift in general:
it was a good shift. we had good set up. i worry about tomorrow morning. we don't have a prep person until 4 and we didn't up prep this morning to account for that. For the night we were good. we had a good set up and people jumped into work. We had aces in places tonight. we worked on a consistent basis but got a good 3 or 4 rushes through the night. we got really slow eod and we were able to close up well. salad and sandwich did get slammed at one point and roxana jumped in to help out
Next shift be on the lookout for:
some prep items are low. really just check early on and get the 911s out of the way1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?
4 every 5 and 5 every 02. KMOD stuff:
scrub was completed and sales form was filled out for the week. got Rosario onto 7 shifts3. Food stuff:
1 fly pie dough had a lot of bubbles. we refiredsicilian got flat by eod

Dough/Dish:meredith came in early to get dessert prep done for tommorrow. we shoukd be good to get desserts done tomorrow
Prep:
Z1R:juan carlos worked with evan today there. they both stayed on task and put out quality work. they alternated topping
Z2R:
Z3R: carlos and gabino both did well. they were good about jumping where needed and helping out on other stations

Z2M:
Z3M:roxana did good. she was reaaly helpful on salad when she had the time. she went through a lot of house pies in the first 4 hours of her shift.
Z4M:
Sub/Salad: Leti was on top of things. she was getting slammed for a good while and she managed really well, she timed everything well
8. Repair issues:
the shelf over the dough station is getting lower and lowere everyday. its almost to the point where things will start slipping off of it. id really like to see about it being remounted. the wall behind it is still sticking out as well
