Notes about the shift in general:

 When my shift comes in, the first thing I do is check the dressing and pizza sauce that they taste very good, then I check the sanitizers that they have been changed. Then I was in the salad bar. At that time, it was a little slow if I came out, but in front like that. I told Juan to come in front while I help Pedro with the tickets that come out. So we were there for an hour. We only had 7 pizzas at 3:30 as it was a little slow on the salad so I helped them with covering the pizzas. When he arrived at 4, the one who works in front arrived and the goldsmith left and finished his shift and the other shift came in at 5 as did the salad, so there were only two of us left and since he calmed down a little so we started to fill with pizzas in front and when the other shift came in from there around 5 at that time it did get busy meanwhile I was covering there around 6 it got busier so we were busier when It calmed down a little after 7 o'clock, I sent them to their breaks and they finished at 9 o'clock, then I took my break and when I got off, if the ticket still came out and I helped them until 10:30, I left there so I could go and get comfortable. things in the cold room and check what was missing and I also arranged the soap that arrived today it was only on the floor so I put it in its place and then I asked someone to help me go throw out the trash because there was a lot and that's how my shift ended, it was a great shift

Well, what we need is spinach, there is only one box left, and spring mix, there is also only one box left, and there is only a little mayonnaise left, but it is portioned in the salad and the only thing missing in preparation is Italian Assorted, only here to start the shift. and ricotta also cut basil and everything else we are very good about the merchandise Raymond told me that he already has the order for tomorrow and that's all

Well, the pizza slices are very good, very crispy and cooked very well, just like the Sicilian, they fluffed up very well, everything was crispy and they reached the corners, everything and the dressing and sauce for the pizza have a great flavor, everything is very good.

Notes for FOH:

Well, for today's shift everything went very well, everyone worked excellently, the waiters work quite well, they check everything as it should and are always attentive to each slice that comes out and the pizzas came out on time, very fresh, there was no mistake, not a single pizza came out. fly or grape over booking everything went quite well, a great work team that always helps each other

 Notes about the shift in general:  When I arrived the rain has not started the downpour, but  minutes after I arrived the deluge started. CG and I spoke about server weather readiness. The alarm did not go off and none of the  GFIs were tripped. It was a good close with all areas clean and organized. All food items were moved to the walk-in coolers.  The produce order was placed for tomorrow. The BEK truck was a little late. Lana and I went over the schedule for nest week and she did very well at identifying areas of opportunity to make bone close cuts. The K-Mods will have to bonce around from Dish/Dough, roto and  marsal on some days. We communicated with the staff about the reduced  hours It was. Wendy completed a quick reference list of closing duties for the BOH. This list was prepared for the FOH in the event a k-Mod leave ill before the end of their shift.   Notes about the shift in general: we had a good set up today and the team seemed ready to work. Raymond and i sat down with an applicant to talk, but ultimately decided against him as he is related to other staff members and we don't feel it would be a smart move. we reviewed other applicant and he did seem to like Vilma so ill get with him about if we could get her started pending her availability. i spent some time filling in on the line and around 7 we started running breaks. we finished running them by 7:30. we had 1 lost ticket pie that we had to fly. it started off really slow and then we got a couple of rushes around 7 and 8 o clock. slices got hit around 8 as well. thing started to slow down around 9. we had a solid team tonight. Notes about the shift in general:  walking in, the close was good. id like us to pay attention a bit more to the janitorial room. Its becoming a consistent missed area in terms or organization. the bathroom also, i had to pick up a bit.   we had a really good start with a lot of people on with dessert and training. i was cautious of this with labor. The guys got started fast as we had that order due at 10:45. Evelyn had to learn how to do the large salads so there was learning opportunity walking in. The large order this morning was just 8 family salads and 9 pizzas. it went out smooth and everything looked great. we had a slow lul for most of the shift and then we got a good push on slices and whole pies that helped a lot     Next shift be on the lookout for: Were set up pretty well. 1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?  4 every 5 2.
