If Lety had been scheduled in at 11 instead of noon it might have made all the difference. I could not get in front of a shift where I do the prep list, dough list, help set up pizza and the line, help with prep, do salad prep, set up salad, train Evan how to open, and run Marsal on a $6K morning with a lot of slices.3. 8. Repair issues:
On top of everything else the roto printer was randomly shutting off. At first I thought power source, I was wrong. Then I swapped it out the Marsal whole pie printer, that did the trick. There was one more reprint/missed pie after that, but I think it's when we were plugging back in the power supply.The stuff about the stuff:
Notes for FOH: Keri, Xian, and Josh did phenomenal. Ryan got me a water when I was fading, clutch.
