10/31/24 Thursday Mid w/Raymond
Notes about the shift in general: When I arrived I started the truck orders. BEK SA, BEK Houston, SOFO and Houston Avocado was called in or entered. I'll picked up more Parmesan Reggiano tomorrow. The tow signs for the main entrance gas been posted by A Wrecker. We just need to post the on-lot signs and remove the old signs. We are set for the roll-out tomorrow. Pine nuts need to be roasted in the a.mm. The shift started busy and stayed busy until 9:30 a.m. Cynthia stayed over to help out during the start of the rush. I went to the store to purchase more romaine. The sales whipped out what we had👏 At 4% labor you can tell it was very busy. Breaks did not stat until 8:30 p.m. It was very good that we had Juan Carlos and Meredith, the volume required it.
Next shift be on the lookout for
