Notes about the shift in general:

 I was rolling out pizza but I was very slow and I was also arranging all the cans of sauce that arrived today when the other afternoon team arrived, I went to my break time. When I came back, we were refilling in front but it was too slow, so we started making a Cherry Pepper when we finished, I started with the break at 5:30 and they managed to finish around seven. I was checking that everything would be okay for tonight and I also put the dates of the vegetables that arrived today and I helped them with taking out the garbage and I left a little early, since it was too slow




Next shift be on the lookout for:


We're doing pretty well, with all the preparations. We have everything we need for tomorrow.
