Notes about the shift in general:
Starting my day when I entered the restaurant, everything was pretty good, so I started with the preparation list, then we filled the line and also did preparation and around 10 we started with all the pizzas. When it opened we had a ticket, but until 11:20, so I started with the breaks, and we managed to finish from 2 meanwhile, I was in the oven and we were filling a lot of pizza for in front and from 4:30 I placed the Houston avocado order and then I was checking that nothing was missing tonight

Gerardo, they're going to change shifts tomorrow with Jose, because he had a problem with his car.
3. Food stuff:
The Sicilian ones came out quite well today, they rose too much and the pizza slices are quite delicious, also the dressing and pizza sauce, it has a very good flavor and a perfect texture

Today all the pizzas came out quite well, there was no Pitza On The Fly nor overbooking
