Notes about the shift in general:

We received from Houston Deli today. We had HPD come by to talk to us about best practices dealing with houseless and criminal issues in the area. I let the team know and Pedro did a great job setting up the line solo. We knew we had photoshoots happening in the afternoon so we knocked out breaks early. They ordered heavily for the shoot, that plus normal business kept us moving from 2pm onward.


Next shift be on the lookout for:

Produce quality. 

1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet? 



2. KMOD stuff:

I explained the line check list with Leti and Pedro and let Ronaldo know that we would start implementing it.

3. Food stuff:

Sicilian's were decent, house pies looked great, there was a container of iceberg and two of romaine that were tossed because of quality. Dressings were on point.
