FRIDAY 6.19.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
We started off with deliveries from BEK, SOFO, Houston Avocado, Alsco, and Houston Deli. I helped Gerardo with garlic knots. There were no deferred orders, but we made sure Marsal was completely full to start the day. It was a very steady shift with all stations getting a little bit of the action and no one getting hit too hard. Overall good day. Compared produce prices, lettuce is coming down next week. Red bell peppers are the only item significantly cheaper from DiMare.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
Delivery from Houston Avocado1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?
42. KMOD stuff:
There was a bad case of mushrooms that was delivered on Wednesday. I contacted Jeanne, she is getting us credit.
3. Food stuff:
Great pies, good rise on the Sicilians, cookie bake was solid, dressings were approved, temps were temping.4. Sales for the shift:
$45785. Labor for the shift:
33%
