Notes about the shift in general:
We started off the day with a delivery from PFG. There were no deferred orders. Business was mainly slices with pops at noon and two. Overall, it was not as busy at yesterday. I had the team detail their stations and shelving. Pedro cleaned the roto line cooler, including the wall behind. I ordered produce.
