Notes about the shift in general:
We started off the day with deliveries from BEK and Houston Avocado. Everything checked out. I spent a little additional time organizing as I noticed some product missing dates. The dough team cooked off two batches of bread and made two more. I helped out by cooking cookies. I connected our laptop to the new printer and printed and laminated some new prep sheets. I helped the guys get set up for the day and ran Marsal. Slices were moving but nothing else was. 161 slices, but only $2K in sales: weird morning. Once breaks and prep were done at 2:30pm we cut Juan.
