WEDNESDAY 6.18.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
We started off the shift with deliveries from BEK and Houston Avocado. The team had three deferred orders due this morning one 10-pie with 2 party salads, beverage service, cookies, mini-RKTs due at 10:45, and two more 5-pies due after 11am. Everything went out on time, drivers arrived on time, no issues. We did have a few small pops on slices and sandwiches, but overall slower than I was expecting. Things started picking up post-game around 3pm, so hopefully it continues for the rest of the day.

42. KMOD stuff:
Cheesecakes will be prepped Monday. No tiramisu this week.
3. Food stuff:
Solid rise on Sicilians, good looking and tasting pies, dressings hit the mark. Cookie and bread bakes were good! Temps were checked and passed.
