Notes about the shift in general:

We started off with deliveries from BEK and Houston Avocado. Cozzini Bros came by and changed out slicers. Dough team prepped two extra recipes of medium dough for Saturday's large order, in addition to cooking off two batches of bread. We had a few larger tablet orders, slices and sandwiches were moving for lunch. Overall a very standard Wednesday.
