Notes about the shift in general:

 It was a good close. Walk-in cooler were clean. It would be helpful if the dough could be organized and color to help expodite the count process in the morning.



Next shift be on the lookout for:

2. KMOD stuff:

BEk will pick up the mis-pulled 12" boxes


3. Food stuff:

ThesSicilians had a good rise and a light crisp taste

Dough/Dish: Gerardo/Jose THey both did well to completed the dough prep list

Prep: Dina as always really pushed on completing the prep list

Z1M: Pedro always shines on marsal and roto.

Z2M:

Z3M:Will did very well at marsal. He also relieved Leo at sub/salad

Z4M: 

Sub/Salad: Leo was on point with his station and with no fly subs or sakas

7. What did you teach someone today?


8. Repair issues: Current update on Rotoflex. Charles' last update with the Rotoflex company identified that the relay does not need to be replaced. All needed work on the Rotoflex is complete
