FRIDAY 7.24.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
Decent Friday. We started off with deliveries from BEK, Houston Avocado, Alsco, and Houston Deli. There were no deferred orders but we received several larger orders right at opening, including one large order of individually wrapped and labelled sandwiches. Everything went out on time. The rest of the shift stayed steady. I helped out with garlic knots and running Marsal. Ronaldo and I went over next week's schedule, since I trimmed even more hours. I have been talking to the staff about it daily as well. Gerardo finished dough prep early so we were able to get him out the door around 2:30pm.
