WEDNESDAY 7.15.26 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
We started off the shift with deliveries from BEK and Houston Avocado. Everything looked good. I spent my morning trimming hours from next week's schedule. Since it has been slower labor has been a greater focus. I cut an hour from everyone's schedule, plus 3 shifts. I have been letting employees know hours will be going down next week. They know it's slower and that labor is a concern. That being said we are also trying to make sure cleaning projects get done. The team did a killer job. Pedro and Leo detailed the produce cooler shelves, bins, and floor. Pedro and Juan cleaned the roto line wall, which suddenly looks a lot brighter. I cut Pedro and Gerardo at 3:30.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
PFG delivery.1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?
