Notes about the shift in general:

 


Starting my shift I was in front selling pizza slices and also in the salad bar but it was pretty slow so there was no problem covering the areas while Will was taking the order also assembling the Kids pizzas since we didn't have anything there when the afternoon ones arrived then I went to check what was missing then I was checking the flavor of the dressings and if it tasted very good Yayi I was in front with the rest and at break time I asked Bailey to be in front so I could cover each one and when we finished around nine onwards I was in front until closing it was a little slow but at the same time pizzas and slices were coming out also sandwiches so I closed my shift for today


Next shift be on the lookout for:


Well, in terms of preparation, we are pretty good, we have everything, the only thing we have left is two capicola and the other meats we have enough

The pizza slices are very ordinary, just like the Sicilian ones, they grew quite well and the pizza sauce, like the dressing, has a very good flavor.

Notes for FOH:

Very good communication with those in front, it was a little slow but everything went very well, there was no Pizza On The Fly and there was no Overbooking.
