Notes about the shift in general:
starting my day it was a little cloudy already entering the restaurant upon entering everything was pretty good there was already merchandise so I started to organize and upload everything then I made the preparation list I delivered it to each area I was checking all the merchandise was in good condition and they sent four Brazil but the one that was at the bottom had nothing it was just an empty box so I took a picture and sent it to Raymond and he called and told them from there I was checking everything else Pedro and Juan were filling in the line while I was arranging everything and throwing away the empty boxes and around 10 we started with the pizzas when it opened Will arrived and around 11:30 the Basil arrived which was needed in the morning they left it at that time we started the day quite well a lot of sandwiches came out when it calmed down a bit I took advantage of sending during their break everyone went and we managed to finish at two and there I was covering Pizza and also filling in front while Will was selling pizza slices and also helping with arranging the meats so that if it is Easier in the afternoon having everything ready and also today Savannah was working on the dough it is getting more and more and so an excellent job and so I finished my day today

The Sicilian slices grew quite well and were very crispy, just like the pizza slices. The dressing and pizza sauce also tasted very good.
