FRIDAY 3.28.25 BOH MID WILL

Notes about the shift in general:

Busy shift. We were all moving all day. We tested out sandwich cut in 6 for the art car parade with Raymond. They did a ton of prep in the morning but I still had to prep romaine, cherry peppers, mushrooms on the fly. We need to raise weekend pars on romaine and diced romas. Gerardo trained Savannah today, he said she is good on everything except balling the dough, which should just take reps.
