THURSDAY 3.27.25 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
Astros game tonight had people out today. The lunch rush kept going until 4pm, lots of slices and sandwiches, and more to go pies in the a.m. than usual. On top of that there was a good deal of prep to do. We didn't start breaks until almost 3pm, but got them knocked out quickly. I only had enough downtime to finish the schedule on my break. Cooked off and made 2 more bread recipes. I finished croutons and cookies to help the dough team. Ordered produce.
