4/29/25 Tuesday AM w/Raymon

Notes about the shift in general:  When I arrived the recycle bin was closed but not locked. The entire block experienced a power outage. The power returned at approximately 8:15 a.m. All equipment and temperatures were checked. The whole pie warmer did not turn on. The day was not very busy. All BOH team members were able to take a break. Savannah did her first solo on sub/salad and she did well. With a little more time she will only get better at that station.
