SATURDAY 4.26.25 BOH AM WILL
Notes about the shift in general:
Steady Saturday with a good crew. All stations saw a little action but nothing crazy. Time slots past 5pm have been filling up all day, so we made sure marsal was completely stocked before p.m. staff came on.
1.How many pies did we run on the timesheet?
4 across the board2. KMOD stuff:
Pedro and Juan swapped their Monday/Tuesday, because Pedro's son is having a procedure done on Tuesday.3. Food stuff:
Sicilians were a little slim this morning so I popped them over by the water heater and that did the trick, they sold themselves all day long. House pies were great, Leo's pounding skills are really coming along. Dressings tasted as good as they get. Knots were good. Early afternoon I caught some chicken where the breading was a little soggy and missing in pieces so I had them toss and remake.4. Sales for the shift:
$58835. Labor for the shift:
