SUNDAY 4/27/2025 BOH AM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
When I started my shift everything was pretty good and the trash container was locked first, I started the preparation list and delivered them to each area Then we started to refill with Juan when finished, we started with the preparation and around 10 we started with all the pizzas in front, and when it opened we only had a ticket for two pizzas for 11:15 from there I took advantage of the time to start with the breaks around 11:30 and we managed to finish around 1, we already had a ticket for 2:50 for nine pizzas and another for 3:50, also for 10 pizzas so we started to refill in front and Evelin had to leave at three and Letisia came in until four, but I told her to come in an hour earlier and since we had enough tickets and there was nobody at the station while I was for the rest of my shift in the oven, it was quite good, there was a lot of movement and around 4:30 I made an order for Houston avocara to morning and so was my aunt, she was pretty good.
