Notes about the shift in general:

 Starting my day, the whole team was working very well, and I was also supervising Savannah since today was her first day and she did quite well. I only helped her with a few things, she did the rest on her own. I was already stretching when the afternoon team arrived. I told Evelin to go make an Italian dressing since there was only one left, while I was in the salad area when she finished, I went to the cold room, arranged the vegetables, and threw away the empty boxes from there, I made the Houston Avocado order for tomorrow when I finished, I started with the breaks around six she was covering each one of them, they left a ticket and they finished around 7:40 I arrived, I checked that everything was okay for tonight and that's how I finished my shift




Next shift be on the lookout for:


We are pretty good, we have everything we need to start tomorrow's tone

The pizza slices are very crispy, and the Sicilian pizzas also grew quite well and cooked to the highest quality. And the dressing and sauce for the pizzas have a very good flavor.

Very good coordination, all tickets came out on time, there was no Pizza On The Fly or Overbooking
