7/30/25 Wednesday Mid w/Raymond
Notes about the shift in general: When I arrived the recycle dumpster was closed and locked. When I entered I started on the PFG truck order. It looks like PFG red pepper price has been adjusted. The $33.00 price per case was my catching them slipping on their pricing. It was fun while it lasted. I was price checking on produce with PFG and I did not find any cost savings at this time. BOH team members have been scheduled for surveys. The shift was slow with few pops Breaks started at 6:00 p.m. and ended at 7:40 p.m. All BOH team members were able to take breaks
