Freddy cut his finger while using the pizza cutter. It was not a very deep cut, but it was deep enough to cause significant bleeding. Josh was able to assist Freddy with caring for the wound while I checked the work area for bodily fluids (blood). The area was sanitized and all soiled items discarded by Josh in the appropriate manner. Freddy returned to work as the bleeding was completely controlled and the injury did not impair his ability to safely perform his duties. The incident report was completed and submitted.

6. How did you show love? I gave a verbal high five to Danilo a verbal high five for a perfect bake on the beef pepperoni house pie.
Notes for FOH: Slices were moving quickly and there was good communication between the BOH and FOH
