Notes about the shift in general:
Starting the day, we did a lot of prep work and also filled more pizzas for later. I was covering the table for the afternoon shift. Lety informed me that there was only one container of turkey left, so I started making more since there was some today, but it sold out quickly, which is why there was only one left. After finishing, I was organizing the vegetable cooler, throwing away all the empty boxes, since more vegetables are arriving tomorrow starting at five. Yes, it was quite busy. Around six, I started covering breaks, covering for everyone as they went. There was a lot of activity. The whole team took their breaks, and I checked to make sure nothing was missing. That's how the shift ended tonight.
