Notes about the shift in general:
A little more business than yesterday, but still slow for a Thursday. I cut Leti at 3pm. In my downtime I tweaked next weeks schedule since we will still be down a dishwasher. I also put in a produce order.
Next shift be on the lookout for:
Deferred order with 25 subs in the morning, in addition to deliveries from BEK, SOFO, and Houston Avocado. I went up on prep for Italian Assorted and Turkey today.

8. Repair issues:
The ice machine produced ice until the lid popped off again. Clearly they did not fix the sensor or underlying issue when this happened last time. I called and had them escalate it to critical since it's a repeat problem.
Notes for FOH: Good communication, prompt food running, good shift!
