MONDAY 8/10/2026 BOH PM RONALDO
Notes about the shift in general:
At the start of the shift, there was a lot of prep work to do—we doubled up on tasks to ensure things would run smoothly tomorrow. Since the line was quiet, I used the time to help Belinda make a batch of salsa, as it was a large amount. Pedro and Leo left at three, leaving Will and me to handle the line. Things were calm when the afternoon crew arrived; since it was a bit slow, I took the opportunity to get a few more things done so nothing would be missing tomorrow. I made another batch of salsa and a Rice Krispie treat, and cut some more cheese. Around six o'clock, I started covering everyone's breaks. The whole team got their breaks, and I checked everything—it was all in good shape.
