Notes about the shift in general:

At the start of the shift, things were going well—tickets were coming in—but then the workload slowed down. Around three o'clock, Juan and Leo left, leaving the rest of us to handle the line. We had an order for six pizzas due at 4:15, and we took turns handling the salads. By that time, tickets were coming in steadily, and once the afternoon crew arrived, we started making extra pizzas to stock up the display case. Today, I helped the team and Meredith by covering pizzas. Meredith was preparing tiramisu and cheesecake for tomorrow. The workload eased up a bit around six, so I took my break. The whole team took their breaks, and I double-checked that everything was set for the evening shift.
