Notes about the shift in general:

 The day started off really slowly. Because of that, Lety left at two o'clock and Pedro at three. Will and I stayed on the line, and everything went quite well. The cheesecakes baked up nicely and looked delicious; we started filling them, and I helped cover all the pizzas. Orders kept coming in one after another, and quite a few sandwiches were selling in the salad area around six o'clock. Then I started handling the breaks. The whole team took their breaks, and I spent the time making sure everything was set for the evening and checking the product spec sheets to ensure they were up to date.




Next shift be on the lookout for:


Keep an eye out for the wrapping paper for the 6-inch hot sandwiches.

The Sicilian didn't rise quite enough at first today, but by late afternoon it had reached the necessary height. The pizza slices—the toppings and pizza sauce turned out crispy. They got the stamp of approval.
